All non customised orders are shipped within 5 working days

All customised orders are shipped within 10 working days unless otherwise stated. 

Pre order items have their approx. shipment dates within the specific listing.

All of our orders are shipped via NZ Post. Please allow 2 days from when you have received your shipment tracking number, and an extra 1 - 2 days for rural addresses. Your tracking details will be emailed to you once the courier has collected your parcel.

All  orders have a flat rate of $8 and free for all orders over $89

International orders are shipped using New Zealand Post. Shipping details will be emailed to you once the courier has collected your parcel.

Can I wear my jewellery in the water?

Yes all of our jewellery is stainless steel. Our gold and rose gold pieces are 18k PVC plated stainless steel.

Stainless steel is a durable metal that is loved for being corrosion resistant. It does not rust, tarnish or rub colour into your skin. 

How long will my order take?

Please allow up to 1 weeks for your order as many of our items are made to order. For any urgent orders please email us and we will see what we can do.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately no we do not allow local pick up. All orders are shipped via NZ post overnight shipping 

Just like many many jewellery lovers we got sick and tired seeing our beloved jewellery becoming tarnished and rubbing colour onto our skin.

Water, swimming, exercising would quickly cause damage to jewellery but not Katyb Jewellery.

All of our jewellery is made from the highest quality stainless steel, then plated with gold / rose gold using a technique called PVD plating.  Stainless steel is our favourite choice as it is considered a strong, affordable alternative to precious metals, without compromising on the look of the piece. Also, Stainless Steel is more durable and hypoallergenic compared to other metals.

• A vacuum-based process where a thin layer of metal (like gold, rose gold, or black) is vaporized and then bonded onto the surface of the jewellery.

• It creates a hard, durable coating that's more resistant to tarnishing, scratching, and fading than traditional gold plating.

PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) plating is a high-quality, long-lasting metal coating. It gives your jewellery a durable, tarnish-resistant finish that’s more hard-wearing than traditional gold plating — perfect for everyday wear.

So all of this means that your jewellery is WATERPROOF. So go along with your normal daily routine without having to remember to remove jewellery....They will not tarnish!
